// THE ELITE GROUP EXERCISE COURSE DETAILS

YOUR GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION INCLUDES:

A Certificate III in Fitness (SRF30206) specialising in group fitness
Qualification as an eGX (Elite Group Exercise) Instructor throughout Australia
Eligibility to register as a freestyle group exercise instructor freestyle with Fitness Australia
Full group fitness certification that is recognised internationally.

As mentioned earlier, your eGX (Elite Group Exercise) Instructor course divides itself into two strands:

The Athletic strand covers 3 different class modes: Circuit, Muscle Conditioning and Stretch. This strand will suit you if you plan on teaching simple, athletic or sports based group exercise classes without an emphasis on choreography.

The Choreographed strand will also cover 3 modes: Hi and Low Impact Aerobics, Step and Bodysculpt. With a greater emphasis on musical appreciation, rhythm and choreography this strand will suit you if you plan on teaching classes where you link movements together.
