What exactly is the 6 Week Reset program?

It’s a 6-week plan to help you lose 5kg. You get a trainer who works with just you. You get a food plan that’s made just for you. And you get someone to check in with you every day to make sure you’re doing great.

How is this program different from other weight loss solutions I’ve tried?

Most plans only fix one thing – like just food or just exercise. We do three things at once. We give you food that tastes good and fills you up. We show you quick workouts that burn fat all day long. And we check in with you every day so you don’t quit. That’s why our plan works when others don’t.

How many sessions per week are recommended?

Most people do 2-3 sessions each week. That’s all you need! Some busy folks do just 2 sessions and still see great results. We’ll help you pick what works best with your schedule.
